Job description

Advocate Group is expanding its delivery function and we are looking for a high performing Talent Partner to join our team.


This is a key role within a specialist recruitment organisation that partners with some of the most recognised names in the FMCG and consumer product sectors. You will support the delivery of multi function assignments across sales, marketing, supply chain, procurement, finance, HR and operations, working closely with our leadership team and wider talent team to ensure exceptional service and consistent results.


What you will do

• Take full ownership of candidate sourcing, qualification and management across a continuous pipeline of cross functional roles for household name clients.

• Build talent pools and proactively engage passive candidates using a range of sourcing platforms, technology and market data tools.

• Support the talent team and leadership team with role briefs, market mapping, shortlisting and preparing candidates for interview.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients to drive a smooth, high quality process from introduction through to offer.

• Identify opportunities to broaden our support across additional functions within existing client accounts through strong service, communication and insight.

• Uphold our standards of care, clarity and responsiveness while driving activity that supports team revenue goals.


What we are looking for

• A confident resourcer or delivery recruiter with strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

• Someone who takes pride in high standards, delivers consistently and enjoys being part of a fast paced, performance driven environment.

• A team player who is curious, commercially aware and motivated by delivering excellent outcomes for both clients and candidates.
