What You’ll Do

  • Support the creation of technical & commercial proposals for industrial plant projects.
  • Review tender documents and help shape bid strategy.
  • Coordinate technical inputs, cost estimates, schedules, and vendor lists.
  • Assist with risk reviews, design coordination, and bid documentation.
  • Learn the full bid lifecycle with hands-on support from senior team members.


What You’ll Bring

  • Degree (or working toward one) in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, or similar engineering discipline.
  • Some experience in engineering, project coordination, or technical roles.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and willingness to learn.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills; SAP/AutoCAD a bonus.
