Sale & Purchase (S&P) Broker – London (On-site)
A leading global shipbroking firm with offices across Europe, Asia, the Middle & Far East, the US, South America, and Australia is seeking a driven Sale & Purchase (S&P) Broker to join its London team. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-performing environment and take ownership of client relationships while contributing to a highly profitable and dynamic S&P division.

Key Responsibilities
- Originate, negotiate, and close complex S&P transactions across tankers, dry bulk, containers, and other vessel sectors.
- Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with internal teams and leverage global resources to maximize deal opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in S&P shipbroking with a demonstrable track record of deal origination and closure.
- Strong commercial understanding of shipping markets (dry bulk, tanker, container experience preferred).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Ambitious, self-driven, and passionate about shipping with a focus on long-term career growth.
