Role Description

This is a full-time remote Chauffeur role. The Chauffeur will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and punctual transportation services to clients, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. Day-to-day responsibilities include vehicle maintenance checks, assisting clients, managing routes without relying on navigation systems, and collaborating with the control room team to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years London PCO Licence
• Previous Experience with Wheely, Blacklane would be a great advantage
• Proficient in spoken English
• Strong Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and efficient communication during trips
• Experience in Operations Management related to scheduling, routing, and time management
• Possession of a valid and clean UK driving license with a clear driving record
• Expertise in route planning, along with knowledge of London roads and landmarks
• Professional appearance, reliability, and ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Experience in luxury travel or event transportation is a plus.
