Do you want to work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven consumer health organisation based in Chippenham, Wiltshire (2 days a week) where your ideas can make a real impact?


We’re looking for a Process Operations Assistant (internally known as a Legal Operations Assistant) to join our Group Legal function and support the smooth, efficient delivery of legal services across the business.


This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process optimisation, project management, and legal technology within a global, highly collaborative environment.


You’ll work closely with legal and business stakeholders to help implement smarter ways of working, improve workflows, and support the integration of digital tools that enhance how the legal function operates.


What you’ll be doing


Project & Operations Support

  • Assist with legal technology projects and team initiatives, learning how to support projects from set-up through to completion.
  • Help with the rollout and improvement of new tools and systems used by the legal team.
  • Support the preparation of simple reports and progress updates.
  • Learn how to map processes and support small improvements, automation and efficiency tracking.


Technology & Systems Support

  • Help manage contract workflows, including checking that signed contracts are correctly uploaded into the contract management system (HighQ).
  • Support the maintenance and organisation of the Legal SharePoint site, ensuring documents and information are easy to find and up to date.
  • Assist with researching new tools and technologies that could support the legal team’s work.


Team Support & Collaboration

  • Work closely with colleagues across the business and support them with basic queries about legal tools and processes.
  • Contribute ideas and actively take part in improving the way the legal team works.
  • Learn how to work with different stakeholders in a professional, supportive environment.


What we’re looking for

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related discipline (a Law degree is not required)
  • Strong interest in project management, AI tools, and data analysis (reporting tools and dashboards)
  • Strong IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint)
  • Proactive mindset, adaptable attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
  • Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills
