As the International Head of Tax, you’ll join a high-performing, fully remote team committed to raising the bar in everything they do while shaping a world-class global tax framework.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will be responsible for driving the company’s global tax agenda by leading international and US focused tax strategy, compliance, and reporting. This role ensures the business stays ahead of regulatory changes, manages risk effectively, and supports strategic decision-making across international operations.
- Lead the development and execution of the tax strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee all tax compliance and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate filings and high-quality tax provision work under US GAAP.
- Assess and manage tax risks, including audit preparedness and areas of potential exposure.
- Collaborate across finance, legal, and commercial teams to guide the tax implications of strategic initiatives and international activities.
- Leverage tax technology and remain up to date with regulatory developments, particularly in digital assets, to enhance efficiency and keep the business prepared.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 8+ years of international tax experience, including significant exposure to U.S. Tax
- Strong understanding of cross-border tax issues and complex corporate structures
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing global tax risk and compliance frameworks
- CPA, CTA, JD, or relevant advanced qualification preferred
