Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Design Consultant across the WA / M postcodes. Must be local to these areas. The individual will be responsible for engaging with clients during pre-booked home appointments to understand their needs and preferences, offering design advice on made-to-measure window shutters, and guiding customers through the sales process. Key responsibilities include taking measurements within the customers home, discussing the various options available to them as well as helping them design and select the most suitable shutters for their windows. Upselling additional windows when possible.
We are also expanding our Perfect by Design side of the business, which provide high end Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms, as well as Outdoor Spaces, and we encourage that the team will help identify potential cross brand opportunities.
We are looking for dynamic sales people who have a real desire to be successful in this exciting industry.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills to ensure a positive client experience.
- Extensive B2C Sales skills with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets & KPI's
- Knowledge of Home Interiors, Kitchens, Bedroom, Bathroom and Furnishings to provide tailored aesthetic recommendations for clients preferred, along with measuring experience.
- Confident in managing own pipeline.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in technology tools and scheduling systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
OTE £60,000. Fully Remote role. Own vehicle required. Business Mileage covered
