About The Role

We are looking for an Internal Auditor to play a vital role in safeguarding the company’s reputation and assets while driving improvements across our operations.

Your work will focus on delivering independent and objective assurance, using a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and enhance risk management, control, and governance processes.

You will review and recommend improvements to internal controls across the Group, produce high-quality reports, and engage with senior management at the highest levels.

This role involves reporting to Executive Leadership, Audit Committees, and our parent company, CKI, on risk and control matters.

You will also contribute to shaping the internal audit strategy and work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Economic Regulation, Customer, Supply Chain, and capital investment functions.

About You

We are looking for a qualified accountant with a strong background in auditing, ideally within a regulated environment.

You will have a detailed understanding of financial systems, risk management principles, and internal audit best practices.

Your ability to quickly grasp complex systems, identify key controls, and design effective testing programmes sets you apart.

We are looking for someone who is confident, adaptable, and highly analytical, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to engage effectively at all levels.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as you will manage audits as projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

You are proficient in Word, Excel, and data mining tools, and you can present data in a clear and tailored way for different audiences.

Above all, you are independent, versatile, and a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and can respond to changing priorities with initiative and professionalism.
