Hours: Full Time; Mon – Fri 8.30am to 5pm

Location: Office in Lamport, Northampton.

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Poised for huge growth in 2026, we are looking for a dynamic Hosted Support Manager. Your role will be a mixed skillset position, covering elements of support across our portfolio of mobile, connectivity & VOIP customers, delivery, customer interaction and data/CRM work. You will be working within a knowledgeable team environment and be required to gel well with other customer centric individuals to deliver our company targets on your own and as part of a wider team.

·       Some regular and some ad hock projects using our billing platform and CRM

·       Entry of mixed product deals onto our system

·       Building & implementing hosted orders

·       Serving customers via email and telephone where needed

·       Quality checking our order delivery/sign off process

·       Reporting back to management and filling out reports

·       Answering the phone as part of the wider team

·       Learning our business and product set

·       Ordering hardware and dealing with suppliers

·       4+ years experience supporting VOIP & Mobile customers

·       Keen eye for detail

·       Providing confident advice to customers

·       Ability to manage a large workload

·       Good attitude to work

·       Being a team player

·       A hunger to learn our product set and develop
