Accounting Assistant

Location: Maghull
Salary: £28,000 per annum

They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join their expanding finance team. Key Responsibilities

• Processing sales and purchase invoices
• Performing bank reconciliations and posting transactions
• Responding to accounting-related queries
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing credit control activities
• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Competent user of Microsoft Office
• Experience using QuickBooks (desirable)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
