We’re looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our team and help turn customer enquiries into confirmed appointments.

• No Cold Calling: Every conversation starts with a customer who has already shown interest through our marketing campaigns.
• Straightforward Sales Process: You’ll book appointments for our field sales reps, follow up on quotes, and help close deals.
• Clear Commission Structure: OTE £35k+ uncapped in year 1

As our Sales Advisor you will be responsible for:

• Responding to inbound enquiries and confirm appointments for our field sales reps.
• Following up with customers who’ve received quotes, answer questions, and offer discounts to secure the sale.
• Keeping customer details updated in our CRM and manage your pipeline effectively.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

• Previous experience in outbound sales or appointment setting.
• Confident communicator who enjoys phone-based conversations.
• Organised, proactive, and target-driven.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.
