Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical professional located in Andover. The role involves daily technical problem-solving, repair and maintenance of LED systems, assembling and testing components, providing technical support and assistance, and ensuring quality standards are met. The individual will also interact with clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and contribute to the design and improvement of LED products as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in fundamental technical skills such as hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair of electronics
- Knowledge in systems installation, maintenance, and testing procedures
- Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and diagrams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist clients and team members
- Familiarity with LED technology and its applications, or a willingness to learn
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in electronics or engineering
