Job Title: Final Assembly Operative

Overview:

As a Final Assembly Operative, you'll play a critical role in assembling and inspecting complex components used in life-saving ejection seats. This hands-on position involves:

• Assembling seat pans, main beam sub-assemblies, and survival kits using hand tools and equipment.
• Interpreting technical drawings, component specs, and applying part numbers, surface finishes, and assembly processes.
• Conducting self-inspection and quality checks according to strict aerospace standards (FOD control, ESD awareness).
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing experience in aerospace or another precision-based industry.
• Familiarity with technical drawings and inspection procedures.
• Awareness of FOD (Foreign Object Debris) control and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to quality and improvement.
