✨ The Opportunity


We’re seeking a Fellowship Officer to strengthen our Fellowship services, support retention, and handle more complex member enquiries. You’ll improve processes, manage feedback, deliver excellent service, make retention calls, and help shape a better experience for our Fellows.


About You


  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Confident engaging with people and promoting Fellowship benefits.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
