*Quant Researcher / Trader * Crypto HFT * London * £200,000 + bonus*

My client is a high-frequency trading firm operating at the intersection of quantitative research, blockchain analytics, and global digital asset liquidity provision. They combine advanced trading strategies with deep on-chain market intelligence to serve exchanges, token issuers, and institutional investors worldwide.

They are currently looking for strong Quantitative Researchers and Traders to join the team in London.

What you will be doing:

• Analyse blockchain data and exchange flows in real time

• Identify high-probability trading opportunities

• Feed actionable intelligence directly into high-speed trading systems

• Support market-making and liquidity strategies across multiple venues and asset classes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Crypto Quant research, with a strong grasp of on-chain metrics, exchange flows, and network activity

• A track record of building or applying models to identify market trends and trading signals suitable for HFT

• The ability to translate raw blockchain data into actionable insights for ultra-low-latency trading

• An understanding of how crypto market microstructure impacts liquidity and price actionJoining at this stage means helping design the desk’s strategy, research processes, and analytical frameworks from the ground up, all within a fast-paced, data-driven trading environment.

Package: Up to £200,000 base salary plus bonus / PnL

Work: Hybrid in London office
