What You’ll Be Doing

Membership & Recruitment Magic

• Travelling across the UK to deliver induction sessions (yes, you get to present!).

• Welcoming new members and being their go-to contact.

• Creating engaging content—presentations, materials, messaging… your ideas welcome.

• Supporting trainee and associate members to build a strong future community.

• Keeping admin, reporting and membership tracking running smoothly.


Career Services Support

• Helping trainee members find the info and support they need.

• Posting job opportunities and keeping the careers page fresh.

• Building relationships with training providers and flying schools (super cool industry exposure!).

• Helping run events—from careers fairs to training days.

• Organising webinars and virtual support sessions.


Relationship Builder Extraordinaire

• Working closely with internal teams, committees and reps.

• Networking with external partners—schools, employers, training providers.

• Supporting collaboration and creating good vibes across the membership community.


Culture & Teamwork
