Job description
As part of the front-of-house Customer Service Advisor team, you will ensure that all visitors experience exceptional customer service, contributing to the overall reputation and positioning of the University as a leading institution for sport. By providing a seamless and welcoming front-of-house experience, this position plays a vital part in delivering customer service functions and fostering a positive environment where students, staff, and the wider community feel welcomed, engaged and connected, ultimately enhancing their sense of belonging to the University's vibrant sports culture.
The working pattern for this post is to be confirmed and will be on a rota basis. We may be able to offer reduced candidates for the right candidate. This position is working on-site only, so we are unable to support hybrid working for this appointment.
The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 15 December 2025.
