About the Role

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you’ll start by learning the fundamentals of sales, marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation. This is a full-time, entry-level position offering hands-on training designed to help you develop quickly. You’ll work directly with customers, contribute to marketing campaigns, and gain exposure to effective sales and business development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness and represent clients across various marketing and sales platforms
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries
• Support sales presentations, product promotions, and customer onboarding
• Assist in developing marketing materials and contributing ideas during team meetings
• Help create performance reports and provide input on improving sales results
• Attend business development events, training sessions, and client meetings
• Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold the company’s brand reputation

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, confident approach to learning and personal growth
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is helpful — but not essential
