DEBT RESOLUTIONS OFFICER – KENT (FIELD-BASED B2B)

£29,000 + £5,000 car allowance + bonus

The Role

• Visit business customers across Kent to resolve overdue accounts
• Agree realistic repayment plans that work for both sides
• Handle sensitive, sometimes challenging conversations professionally
• Gather key account info and assess potential vulnerability
• Represent the brand in the field and protect revenue

What You’ll Need

• Experience in field-based debt collection, credit control or cash collection
• Strong negotiation and listening skills – able to de-escalate and find solutions
• Full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle
• Professional, balanced approach: firm but fair, with genuine empathy
• Able to pass FCA checks, DBS screening and a credit history review
