Job description
Halliday Marx are working with a renowned media organization to recruit an Interim Assistant Accountant for a 3-month assignment.
Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the actuals close and deliver accurate, timely month-end reporting
- Prepare and post month-end journals
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Support both accounts payable and receivable functions
- Produce management reports and financial analysis
- Assist the Finance Manager with ad-hoc duties and insight-driven tasks
Requirements
- Hands-on SAP experience
- Strong understanding of accruals, prepayments, and journal postings
- Proven experience managing the full month-end cycle
- Available immediately or within a maximum of one week
