Lead Responsible Person (RP) – North West | Pharma | Multi-Site Role

I’m working with a growing pharmaceutical organisation in the North West who are looking for a Lead RP to take ownership of their WDA(H) licence and act as RP across multiple UK sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RP ready to step up, or a current Lead RP seeking a new challenge with real influence.

The Role

• Named RP for multiple sites, ensuring full GDP compliance
• Lead and maintain the company’s WDA(H) licence
• Oversee release of pharmaceutical products
• Drive GDP standards, training, and continuous improvement
• Lead audits, inspections & quality investigations
• Key voice in shaping quality culture across the business

About You

• Eligible to act as RP under MHRA expectations
• Strong GDP/WDA experience (multi-site a bonus)
• Confident working cross-functionally and at senior level
• Detail-driven, proactive, and passionate about quality
