Transport Supervisor | Neath

Salary: £32,500 – £34,000 per annum dependent on experience

Bridgestone Group are pleased to be working with a thriving well established manufacturer who are seeking a Transport Supervisor to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in transport operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

This position is temporary to permanent, with a view to become permanent after 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day transport operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate drivers, routes, and schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor performance, resolve issues, and maintain high safety standards.
• Assist with reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the Transport Manager in managing resources and team development.

• Previous experience in a transport or logistics supervisory role.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good geographical knowledge and IT literacy.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
• Flexible and solution-focused approach.
