Learning & Development Partner – Early Careers

Location: Flexible – Office-based with UK-wide mobility
Hours: Full-time (part-time and job share considered)

We’re looking for a passionate Learning & Development Partner to champion early careers development and help our people reach their full potential. This is your chance to make a real impact by designing and delivering innovative learning solutions that drive growth across our business.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and create blended learning programmes using the 70:20:10 approach.
- Design and facilitate engaging development interventions – from leadership skills to coaching and mentoring.
- Act as a trusted advisor, bringing fresh ideas and best practice in digital learning and development.
- Embed Diversity & Inclusion into everything we do, ensuring learning is accessible and impactful for all.
- Analyse data and measure success to continuously improve our learning experiences.
- Manage budgets and explore funding opportunities to maximise value.
- Experience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design and digital learning tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and manage projects effectively.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for developing others.
