Our Corporate Plan 2023–2026 set out a clear and ambitious direction.
We have already achieved significant progress. We’ve invested significantly in improving our services and our homes, addressing historic under investment, whilst maintaining a modest development programme, consciously recognising the short term impact this has on our financial metrics. We remain committed to delivering excellent customer service, safe homes and sustainable communities and being an efficient high performing organisation. Our values of we care, we welcome new ideas and we take pride, underpin everything we do. This has translated into improvements across all key service and satisfaction measures.
As our current corporate plan comes to an end, our focus for the coming four years will be on continued customer service excellence alongside driving value for money to deliver our financial targets. We are looking for a Chair who can help us build on these successes and lead the Board through the next stage of our journey.

You will lead a committed and skilled Board that is passionate about making a real difference for customers and communities. This is a time of evolution not revolution for Golding as the organisation continues on its journey of improvement and modernisation.
