Primary Responsibility: Manage a caseload of predominantly litigated NIHL claims within a supportive team environment.
Objective: Progress claims using effective strategies to achieve desired client outcomes and maintain profitability.
Requirements: Prior experience handling NIHL claims and the ability to manage a litigated caseload.
Key Accountabilities
Document Review and Report Preparation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all document reviews and reports.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Analyze medical and personnel records thoroughly.
- Obtain comprehensive witness statements and interact with Insured individuals.
- Provide detailed instructions to legal and expert personnel.
- Conduct thorough research and produce high-quality draft documents.
- Be present and contribute effectively during conferences and trials.
- Manage and respond to everyday communications promptly.
- Attend and represent at court appointments as required.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with insurers and insured individuals.
- Ensure all deadlines and schedules are met.
- Uphold professional standards and regulatory compliance.
- Embody the core values and principles of Keoghs in all tasks.
- 35 hours per week: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, 1 hour unpaid for lunch
