Job description

Rapport is looking for a confident and organised Hospitality & Events Operations Lead to support the delivery of exceptional meetings and events across our London portfolio, including premium spaces and internal floors.

In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure every event runs seamlessly, oversee a motivated team, and build strong relationships with our client and key partners.

Contract type: Full-time, 12-months FTC

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee end-to-end event operations, stepping in to lead events when needed.
  • Manage stock, suppliers, contractors, and all logistical elements to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Lead and support Meetings & Events Assistants and Analysts, including rotas, training, and performance reviews.
  • Keep SOPs, training materials, and documentation up to date.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders, Workplace Services, caterers, and FM teams.
  • Uphold high presentation, safety, and security standards in all event spaces.


The Ideal Candidate Will

  • 3–5 years’ hospitality or events experience in both operational and administrative roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident leadership with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, detail-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of health & safety and security requirements.
  • Comfortable using G Suite or similar IT systems.
