Job description

As the Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end demand forecasting and inventory planning across multiple product categories and markets. Working closely with Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams, you'll ensure optimal stock availability while maintaining efficiency and cost control.

Our client is a premium global lifestyle brand renowned for its high-quality footwear and apparel. Due to continued growth they are seeking a Temporary Supply Chain Coordinator to support their UK and European operations.

Description

  • Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and promotional insights
  • Managing supply planning to align inventory levels with forecasted demand and lead times
  • Supporting the S&OP process with clear reporting and cross-functional communication
  • Monitoring key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, and inventory turnover
  • Identifying risks and opportunities across the supply chain to improve service levels
  • Collaborating with global and regional teams to align production and distribution plans

Profile

  • Proven experience in a supply, demand, or inventory planning role within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel (experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools advantageous)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term planning
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and teamwork
