I am recruiting for a suitably experienced Management Accountant for our client, an established and exciting Accountancy Practice, based close to Edgware, North West London.

This is fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking Accountancy Practice, that provides both traditional accountancy services and data analytics services.

It is essential that you have previous experience working for an Accountancy Practice, working as a Management Accountant, managing a portfolio of SME accounts.

You will be managing a variety of SME client accounts working very much in a team environment.

Management Accountant - (Accountancy Practice)

Location: Edgware / North West London - onsite Monday - Friday

Salary: circa £45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

• Review the work of bookkeepers ensuring tasks are completed accurately

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working as a Management Accountant for an Accountancy Practice
• Experienced with cloud-based accounting platforms and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of Xero, Dext or similar
• Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles and financial accounting is essential.
• Ability to bring accounts up to trial balance and understand reconciliation
• Ability to proactively spot discrepancies in P&L and balance sheets
• Excellent communications skills, ability to build client relationships
• Team Player
