Key Activities For This Role

  • Develop and execute translational science and biomarker development plans.
  • Define mechanism of action insights and patient selection strategies.
  • Contribute to overall development strategy and trial design.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to implement biomarker sample collection.
  • Drive analysis and interpretation of clinical biomarker data.

Essential Knowledge & Experience

  • Extensive experience in drug discovery and development.
  • Strong background in cancer biology and oncology drug development.
  • Proven record of leading teams in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.

Education

  • Advanced science degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) or equivalent.

Additional Information

  • Type of role full-time permanent.
  • Location UK office (Addlestone).
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 day per quarter in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
