Key Activities For This Role
- Develop and execute translational science and biomarker development plans.
- Define mechanism of action insights and patient selection strategies.
- Contribute to overall development strategy and trial design.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to implement biomarker sample collection.
- Drive analysis and interpretation of clinical biomarker data.
- Extensive experience in drug discovery and development.
- Strong background in cancer biology and oncology drug development.
- Proven record of leading teams in a matrix environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
- Advanced science degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) or equivalent.
- Type of role full-time permanent.
- Location UK office (Addlestone).
- This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 day per quarter in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
