IT Talent Acquisition – London (Hybrid)

Location: London, UK

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Type: 6-month fixed term contract (review to extend)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in London. In this pivotal role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and geographies, partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver top-tier talent in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring needs and strategies.
• Drive proactive sourcing via direct channels, social media and employee referrals
• Ensure exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers and advise on compensation decisions.
• Champion process improvements and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 10 years’ full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong IT/technical focus.
• Proven experience in international hiring across multiple regions.
• Expertise in IT recruitment within high-volume or fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
• Solid understanding of labour laws and global compliance.
• Experience in tech, consulting, or global services industries.
• Exposure to hiring across UK and EMEA regions.
