Vice President - Leveraged Finance Origination | London

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join a leading leveraged finance origination team in London. The role focuses on coverage of private equity and institutional clients across Europe, driving origination and execution of leveraged finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead credit screening and application processes, including IM reviews, due diligence, and credit memos.
• Support legal documentation and transaction execution workflows (KYC, booking, funding).
• Prepare client presentations and pitch materials; contribute to origination strategy and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with capital markets teams on syndication and investor engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong background in leveraged finance origination (bank or debt fund experience).
• Excellent credit and analytical skills; ability to work independently under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for developing junior talent.
