The Role

As a Business Management Trainee, you’ll learn every core function of the business from the ground up. This is a hands-on, people-focused, performance-driven role where you gain real experience in sales, customer engagement, campaign strategy, and team development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting live sales and marketing campaigns for client brands

• Learning how to manage client accounts and monitor performance

• Gaining insight into business operations and campaign development

• Assisting with training and supporting newer team members

• Developing leadership skills through mentorship and coaching

• Contributing ideas to improve campaign results and customer engagement

• Building strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

This is not a passive training program — you will be actively involved in the growth of the business from day one.
