NIGHT CONCIERGE POSITION AT PREMIER ESTATES

LOCATION – City Lofts – 7 St Pauls Square, Sheffield, S1 2LB

WORKING HOURS – 4 days on, 4 days off 1900 - 0700

SALARY – £25,000 per annum

CONTRACT – Full-time, Permanent

Job Description

City Lofts is the tallest residential building in Sheffield and is centrally located, boasting 41 hallways. This would be a lone working position offering the successful candidate the opportunity to really make the job their own.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Deliver excellent customer service, to our residences.
• Be responsible for all deliveries
• Issue keys
• Monitor CCTV
• Bin rotation

• Strong communicator in both written and verbal; you will be liaising with clients, contractors and persons inside / outside of the organization.
