Role Purpose:

We are seeking an adaptable and proactive team player eager to learn and represent Ardent’s values. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, managing client needs, prioritizing work, and problem-solving. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, professional stakeholder engagement, and a willingness to grow in Land Referencing and compulsory purchase legislation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and manage client timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Develop knowledge of Land Referencing and compulsory purchase legislation.

  • Knowledge of planning processes related to Land Referencing.
