Interim HR Business Partner

Location: Manchester | Hybrid

Salary: Up to £50,000 | 6-month contract (with potential to convert to perm)

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be supporting a Manchester based organisation who need an experienced, resilient HR Business Partner to join their high-performing People Team.

You'll support a dedicated business area, working closely with leaders to deliver true business partnering across ER, change, people planning and the full colleague lifecycle.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a collaborative team of HRBPs who challenge, support and learn from each other every day.

What you'll be doing:

* Providing confident, pragmatic advice across complex ER and performance matters

* Leading on change activity and supporting transformational projects

* Developing people plans and using data/insights to drive improvements

* Coaching managers and building capability across your business area

* Partnering closely with a strong team of HRBPs in a supportive, values-led environment

What you'll need:

*Solid HRBP experience

*Strong ER background & employment law knowledge

*Ability to challenge, influence and push back when needed

*Resilience, credibility & great relationship-building skills

*A collaborative, team-focused approach
