Job description
Learning support- Coordinates collection & consolidate training needs
- Gives support to employees & managers to use MyLearning tools
- Consolidates information related to training for audits
- Receives training actions evaluations, and supports the delivery of the action plan
- Participates to the scheduling of training actions in Production, according to the PDP
- Coordinates training actions organisation, enrollments, and invitations, for productive employees
- Provides support in employee relations activities such a taking meeting notes
- Ensures display & update of mandatory or legal posting within the Site
- Collects, records and validates absence information for payroll
- Supports employees with payroll queries
- Support processing of payroll
- Manage processing mileage claims through payroll
- Works with ADP on payroll queries to ensure a smooth payroll process is completed.
- Provide payroll information to HMRC
- Support the annual year end payroll process including P35’s, P11ds, P60’s and expat information
- Produce monthly payroll and pension reports
- Manage fleet of cars and work with our car provider JCT
- Update MIS system, car insurance database
- Supports employees' arrivals & departures with the onboarding and off-boarding process
- Transfers information & documents to the related IT systems
- Maintains accurate record keeping within IT systems including Google suite and Workday
- Relays when necessary the information to employees & managers related to all HR topics for employee lifecycle activities
- End of month absence report for EE reporting
- Participates in the deployment of the feedback for annual employee surveys
- Supports the compliance of the 5 Axes self assessment roadmaps
- Supports site HR Manager in the preparation of the 5 Axes committee on site
- Actively contributes to the V5000 audit and payroll audits
- Participates to the Well-being improvement plan
- Supports the facilitation of the working groups to deliver well-being initiatives inline with the roadmap
- Supports ongoing HR projects, such as mental health awareness days and local charity initiatives
- Strive to achieve quarterly personal objectives and annual objectives as agreed with Site HR/National Director
