Group Financial Accountant - Real Estate
£60k - £70k plus bonus & benefits.
Central London.
- Production of a monthly/quarterly financial report and pack for UK entities, including variance analysis, commentaries and other KPIs.
- Be a key member of the multi-disciplined Management Team for each of the projects, liaising with both internal departments, external consultants and suppliers.
- Prepare and review of VAT and CIS as required and on a timely basis and filing thereof to HMRC.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand all aspects of the development life-cycle for each project and ensure that this understanding is reflected in the financial reports prepared for management.
- Prepare and review of annual statutory accounts and liaise with auditors.
- Provision of adhoc information / non-financial information to assist in the control and execution of the projects as and when required.
- Reporting to joint venture partners and other external funders as required.
