As we expand, we will support additional clients, new market verticals, and broader consumer services. Paid social is at the core of how we grow, and we are now strengthening our in-house media buying function to support that growth.
Role Overview
As a Media Buyer at Cavis, you will manage paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, delivering compliant, conversion-focused media buying that supports high-volume claimant acquisition.

• Use platform data (and internal BI where relevant) to inform daily optimisation decisions, including disposition data
• Implement structured testing frameworks across creative, audiences, placements, and formats
• Monitor and maintain ad account hygiene, naming conventions, and structure
• Report key insights, bottlenecks, risks, and performance trends
• Ensure every change made in the ad account ties directly to objectives and KPIs
• Produce clear weekly/monthly reporting with actionable recommendations
• Ensure full compliance with legal and client advertising requirements, platform policies, and internal standards
You’ll Succeed in This Role If You:
• Have 2+ years of experience running paid social campaigns, ideally in lead generation, regulated sectors, or high-volume direct response
• Have strong experience running Meta and/or TikTok campaigns at scale
• Understand effective testing, scaling, and optimisation approaches for performance-driven campaigns
• Are data-led, comfortable reviewing platform performance, and able to turn insights into action
• Are highly organised and maintain clean, scalable account structures
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, concise reporting style
• Are proactive, curious, and able to solve problems independently
• (Nice to have) Experience in agency environments, financial services, claims, insurance, or DTC performance marketing
• (Nice to have) Experience working with higher-volume budgets or multi-vertical campaigns
