What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll strengthen financial controls, support decision-making, and help us scale effectively as the business grows.


Core Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily operational tasks to support the Finance team and wider business.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and use company systems to update information.
  • Follow internal procedures, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and lean working practices across Finance.


Role-Specific Tasks

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
  • Work closely with department heads to track and analyse financial performance.
  • Assist with year-end audit, statutory accounts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Enhance financial processes to support efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Provide insight and analysis to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Strong experience in financial reporting and month-end processes.
  • Solid understanding of financial controls and reconciliations.
  • Curious, commercially minded, and confident challenging and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues.
  • Experience in IT, distribution, or reseller environments is beneficial but not essential.
