We’re looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our fantastic and high-performing Alan de Maid team in Beckenham. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-known, trusted estate agency with a brilliant local reputation and a track record of success.

What you’ll be doing

As an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Generate and book valuations
• Conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers and agree sales
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion
• Maximise opportunities to introduce clients to our Mortgage Advisor

What we’re looking for

• Sales experience preferred (but not essential)
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Resilient, positive, organised and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication
• IT literate (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
