We're based out of our HQ in Richmond - if you want to be surrounded by people who are serious about building, learning and winning, this is the place.

This isn’t just an execution role. It’s for builders. You’ll need an open mind, zero ego and a willingness to shape things from the ground up. The companies we work with are scaling fast and they need talent who can match that energy.

It won’t be for everyone. But if this speaks to you, it’s probably exactly what you’ve been looking for.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally in outbound B2B sales or lead generation. What matters most is your ability to open doors, spark interest, and turn cold outreach into warm conversations. If you’re proactive, confident on the phone and skilled at spotting opportunities to add value, this role is a strong fit.

Achievements: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong sales ability and a love for the craft.
  • Excellent communication, high energy and emotional intelligence.
  • Resilience, positivity and a desire to grow personally and professionally.

Education: No formal qualifications required - we prioritise attitude, aptitude and results.

Dedication: Sales is your career, not a stepping stone. We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate focus and commitment, not frequent career changes or sub-year stints in roles.

Energy and Charisma: You bring enthusiasm, positivity and energy to every interaction. You’re the type of person who commands attention and keeps others engaged.

What We Offer:

  • Training and Development: Receive bespoke training tailored to help you master the art of Sales.

  • Career Growth: With such strong growth ambitions, you’ll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and move up quickly. We foster internal promotion.

  • Supportive Culture: Join a high-performing, winner-focused sales team that prioritises growth, success, and collaboration.
