RFP Specialist - Alternative Credit in London Area

Job description

A growing boutique investment firm is looking for an experienced RFP Writer to join their Investor Relations team. This role will take the lead on alternative credit and sit directly with their Investment Specialist team.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the full RFP lifecycle from info gathering to final submission.
• Produce clear, compelling, and consistent proposals.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to shape proposal strategy.
• Manage workflow, deadlines, and contributor coordination.
• Gather, edit, and refine content from multiple teams.
• Maintain response templates and improve proposal processes.
• Mentor the RFP Associate and handle ad-hoc queries.
• Maintain Qvidian and ensure due-diligence standards.

Key requirements:

• Experience in RFP/proposal writing in asset management
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and deadline management.
• Team player with the ability to coordinate stakeholders.
• Knowledge of alternative credit and fixed income markets.
• Degree-level qualification; CFA is a plus.
• Familiarity with institutional RFP processes and consultant databases preferred.
