We are recruiting motivated, resilient, and compassionate graduates to work in secondary schools and specialist provisions across Leeds as Behaviour Mentors, Learning Support Mentors, and Cover Supervisors.

  • Support social, emotional, and communication development
  • De-escalate challenging situations calmly and confidently
  • Work alongside SENCOs, teachers, and pastoral leads to support individual targets
  • Monitor progress and behaviour, providing clear feedback to the school team
