Link Golf UK is recruiting confident, outgoing, customer-focused individuals for a lively and engaging role on our driving ranges. This position suits people who enjoy social interaction, being on their feet, and working in a fun, energetic environment.

Role Summary

Ambassadors walk the driving range, interact with customers, promote food/drink/range upgrades, and help create an upbeat, welcoming atmosphere.

As part of the role, candidates will have the opportunity to create appropriate TikTok/Reels/day-in-the-life content during shifts, offering a unique chance to build a personal social media presence within a real workplace setting.

No golf experience needed - confidence and personality matter most.

• Confident, sociable, and comfortable starting conversations
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-driven
• Interested in short-form content creation (TikTok, Instagram, Reels)
• Comfortable in active, social, fast-paced environments
• Looking for flexible evening/weekend work
• Hospitality, retail, promotions, or events experience is helpful but not essential

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers across the driving range
• Upsell food, drink, and additional range products
• Support venue promotions, offers, and events
• Capture short-form content (professionally and appropriately) during shifts
• Help maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere on the bays
• Represent the Link Golf UK brand with confidence and professionalism
• The content creation aspect is encouraged (within guidelines) to support both personal and venue visibility.
