About the Role

Our client is expanding their Social, Sustainable and Green (SSG) Finance and ESG teams due to continued growth in both new and existing transactional work. They are seeking a Transaction Management Executive to support the smooth delivery of complex finance transactions from instruction through to post-completion.

In this role, you’ll act as the central point of coordination for internal teams, clients, and third parties—ensuring that all moving parts progress efficiently and that stakeholders receive a consistently high standard of service. If you enjoy managing detail, thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment, and are motivated by impactful work within socially oriented finance, this position offers an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day non-legal aspects of multiple transactions, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Document Production, Risk, Fee Earners) and external parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
  • Support fee earners with standard documentation, transaction updates, and action tracking throughout the lifecycle of a deal
  • Act as a reliable, proactive point of contact—representing our client professionally and maintaining high levels of service
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across processes and team collaboration

About You

You will bring:

  • Experience in a similar role within legal, financial, or professional services, with responsibility for managing client-facing processes or projects
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent transactions and deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities, comfortable working with individuals at all levels
  • Confidence, professionalism, and strong communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, structure, and collaboration, and who is motivated by contributing to meaningful finance work with social impact.

Why Join Our Client?

  • A supportive environment focused on growth, development, and collaboration
  • Opportunities to build your skills across ESG-aligned and socially impactful finance work
  • Hybrid working arrangements for flexibility
  • A culture that values diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity
