£40–45k

Leeds – Hybrid (2 days in the office)


ThePlaceToBe are excited to be partnering with one of Leeds’s fastest-growing marketing agencies. Working with some of the world’s biggest retail and lifestyle brands, the agency is expanding and now seeks a creative, production-led Creative Producer to bring standout brand experiences to life.


About the role...

As a Creative Producer, you’ll own the end-to-end creation and delivery of experiential and events projects from pop-ups and installations to immersive brand activations and in-store experiences as well as video / shoots. You’ll bring creative ideas to life through flawless production, storytelling, and hands-on project delivery.


What you’ll be doing day to day...

  • Leading the full creative production process from concept development and budgeting through to onsite delivery
  • Producing content, event assets, and physical builds that bring brand narratives to life
  • Managing suppliers, fabricators, freelancers, technical teams, and venue partners
  • Overseeing shoots, set builds, creative execution, and onsite delivery
  • Problem-solving in real time to ensure all creative and production elements run smoothly
  • Delivering immersive, high-quality brand experiences that meet client objectives and push creative boundaries
  • Championing production excellence and ensuring consistency across every output


About you...

An experienced Creative Producer, Senior Producer, or Project Manager with strong experiential, events, or brand activation experience.


What we're looking for...

  • Proven experience producing creative experiential projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
  • Confident managing suppliers, build partners, and technical production teams
  • Comfortable owning shoots, activations, and onsite delivery from start to finish
  • A solutions-focused mindset, calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve
  • A passion for creating memorable brand moments and turning creative ideas into real-world environments
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
