Location: Leeds

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Contract: 6 Months

About the Role

A growing organisation in Leeds is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team. This is a key position focused on maintaining healthy cashflow, reducing aged debt, and supporting wider finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own ledger and driving timely debt recovery
• Building strong relationships with customers to resolve queries
• Investigating and reconciling accounts
• Allocating payments accurately
• Producing aged debt reports and highlighting risks
• Supporting month-end where required

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in credit control
• Confident communicator who’s comfortable chasing overdue debt
• Solid reconciliations experience
• Able to prioritise workload and work independently
• Good Excel skills and exposure to finance systems
