Quant Technology Recruiter

Location: Liverpool Street (2 Days onsite + Remote Options available)

We’re now looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Technology Team, someone who knows the buy-side space and can bring their expertise to a desk with warm client relationships, high-value mandates, and industry-leading rewards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering on live mandates for top-tier buy-side clients.
  • Building and maintaining networks of senior technologists across hedge funds, asset managers, and prop trading firms.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing market insight and talent intelligence.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure best-in-class delivery and sharing knowledge to strengthen the team.
  • Supporting the continued growth of the Technology practice and mentoring junior consultants where appropriate.


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record recruiting technology professionals (hedge funds, asset managers, prop trading, or similar clients highly desired).
  • Strong delivery capability with the ability to manage complex searches and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the buy-side technology landscape.
  • A consultative, relationship-driven approach – not just transactional recruitment.
