Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Facilities Management Help Desk Coordinator located in Leeds. The Facilities Management Help Desk Coordinator will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing technical and help desk support, and communicating with clients. They will also need analytical skills to track and report issues.


Qualifications

  • Technical Support, Help Desk Support, and Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • CAFM knowledge (preference, not essential)
  • Administrative skill
  • Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working in facilities, maintenance and/or property maintenance or management (not essential)


Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients with all incoming helpdesk queries, via telephone, email and our CAFM system
  • Setting up accounts with new suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Providing basic account administrative support including invoicing, maintenance scheduling, budgeting and expenses management
  • Managing / recording property works and maintenance
  • Instructing sub-contractors to carry out works where necessary
  • Managing sub-contractors to ensure they follow procedures and health & safety
