Logicalis is growing fast — and we’re looking for a high-performing Data Centre Sales Specialist to help drive our next phase of growth across Data Centre, Hybrid Cloud, and Infrastructure solutions.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for driving Data Centre revenue and gross margin, expanding wallet share in key accounts, and closing complex multi-tower opportunities (compute, storage, network, security, DR).

You’ll work closely with Sales, Solution Units, Vendor Partners, and Alliance teams to build pipeline, win new business, and strengthen Logicalis’ position as a market leader in Data Centre & Hybrid Cloud solutions.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and deliver Data Centre revenue & GM targets.
  • Develop and execute a clear business plan to grow DC opportunities.
  • Drive new pipeline across key, growth, and whitespace accounts.
  • Support Sales teams with opportunity development and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with major vendors and leverage rebates, incentives, and partner programs.
  • Lead customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and identify new opportunities for value.
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and quarterly vendor business reviews.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years in Data Centre / Hybrid Cloud sales.
  • Strong understanding of the DC market, competitive landscape, and vendor ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong C-suite presentation & communication skills.
  • High energy, proactive, commercially sharp, and customer-obsessed.
  • Skilled in solution selling and cross-selling into existing accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
